Job Position: Property / Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of multiple properties
  • Vendor management
  • Construction and maintenance issues
  • Analysis of financial statements and budgets
  • Prepare and attend meetings
  • Site inspections
  • Accurate filing of paperwork

  • 2-3 years prior experience in property management and or community management required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Process accounting and finance reporting functions
  • Miscellaneous accounting-related administrative functions
  • Accurate filing of paperwork

  • Knowledge of window’s operating system and Microsoft Office
  • Positive “can-do”attitude
  • 2-3 years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar position
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
